Elegant Steps can dye any of our white shoes to our Pre Mixed Ivory Shades.  These 4 shades have been Pre Blended for you the customer and designed to complement all shades of ivory gowns.  Purchase a swatch of these colours if you wish. 

Our Pre Mixed Ivory Shades are

• Diamond White - This is an off white shade, designed to take the drastic brightness away from our white shoes and will complement gowns of off white and diamond white
• Light Ivory - this colour has been designed and blended especially to complement most general shades of ivory gowns.  It is a similar shade to the shoes that are already created in an ivory colour from other wedding shoe brands ie Rainbow or Pink.
• Medium Ivory - This is a warmer shade of ivory than our light ivory and has slight pink undertones to the colour.  If your dress is a slightly darker shade than a standard ivory dress, more creamy, then select this shade.
• Dark Ivory - this colour has been blended for gowns which are of a dark ivory colour, almost champagne tone, it is a very warm shade with yellow undertones within.

PLEASE NOTE - Colours of our swatches can vary on screen due the resolution of your screen and colour saturation may vary.  We would advise if you are considering using our Pre Mixed Ivory Shades to Purchase a swatch of the colour to check against your fabric.  These can be sent out with your order or separately if required.  Swatches cost £2.00 each.

SERVICES FOR DYE

• Bronze Service - This is our standard service and takes approx 3-5 weeks for an item to be dyed and returned back to you.  Select this service if your wedding is approx 4 weeks plus away and you are not short on time.
  
• Silver Service - This is our express service and takes approx 7-10 days to be dyed.  Please select this service if you are in a hurry for your item.
  
• Gold Service - This is our super express service, which we estimate takes less than 7 days, if you are in a real hurry for this service we would suggest you call a head and speak with our Colour Studio to confirm your booking.

PLEASE NOTE - If dye is purchased as part of an order and you are in a hurry, we would advise you email or call us to check if the item is in stock.  Items ordered prior to being dyed are usually dispatched within 10 days often sooner, this time allows us to order stock in if required.  Whilst we hold a huge amount of stock it is sometimes impossible to stock every item in every size as our stock turnover is so fast.  Please allow for this timescale to be added onto your order.  If in any doubt always call us on 0844 414 2394 and our Customer Service Advisors will be happy to help.
