Please download our colour form and send it to us in the post or call us for our fax number.

Only select this option if you DO NOT want to try the shoes on before you have them dyed.  Please note there is no return on items once they have been dyed.

There is a small postage surcharge of £6.05 added on to this item to upgrade to Special Delivery so as to reduce the risk of the dyed item getting lost in the post and causing further delay if the item had to be re-dyed.

Please select the £10 delivery option when checking out with dye so your finished item can be sent via Special Delivery/Courier.

Please note, we only dye products purchased through Elegant Steps.

SERVICES

• Bronze Service - This is our standard service and takes approx 3-5 weeks for an item to be dyed and returned back to you.  Select this service if your wedding is approx 4 weeks plus away and you are not short on time.
  
• Silver Service - This is our express service and takes approx 7-10 days to be dyed.  Please select this service if you are in a hurry for your item.
  
• Gold Service - This is our super express service, which we estimate takes less than 7 days, if you are in a real hurry for this service we would suggest you call a head and speak with our Colour Studio to confirm your booking.

PLEASE NOTE - If dye is purchased as part of an order and you are in a hurry, we would advise you email or call us to check if the item is in stock.  Items ordered prior to being dyed are usually dispatched within 10 days often sooner, this time allows us to order stock in if required.  Whilst we hold a huge amount of stock it is sometimes impossible to stock every item in every size as our stock turnover is so fast.  Please allow for this timescale to be added onto your order.  If in any doubt always call us on 0844 414 2394 and our Customer Service Advisors will be happy to help.
