Foot Care Beauty Tips
When properly cared for, your feet can become a major beauty asset. When you are wearing pretty strappy sandals and showing off your feet, you want them to look and feel there very best. If you follow this 4-step foot regimen twice weekly for at least 3 weeks, see how fabulous your feet can look in no time whatsoever:
Soothe
Fill a bowl with warm water, then pour in a foot bath. Slip feet in and soak for about ten minutes. Dry feet thoroughly with a soft, fluffy towel.
Soften
Gently rub half a lemon over rough areas on both feet. The natural acid in the lemon will help soften and break down rough areas of skin... and leave your feet smelling deliciously fresh!
Revitalise
Gently massage foot scrub into soles and heels. Use a pumice stone to slough away hard skin, then rinse well.
Moisturise
While your feet are still damp, generously massage in foot lotion or cream to keep the moisture in. If you do this at night pull on a pair of cotton socks after moisturising, you will really feel the difference in the morning.
